Sts in pairs have to look for two enterprise for each characteristics:
  • Sole traders
  • Number of partners or incorporators.
  • Risk of partners or liability for debts: bears all the risks, equal risk, limited risk, ...
    Minimum asset of the business or share capital.
  • Business decisions.
  • Juridical personality.
  • Abbreviated name.

T tells sts in pairs they are going to read a piece of information about the 3 main types of enterprises (Individual, S.L. and S.A.) and then look for pros and cons. But first they will learn some of the vocabulary of the texts.

Sts tell big group the advantages and disadvantages of their enterprises. The others write it.

Correct the teacher activity. Sts turn over their papers. Teacher review sts activity making deliberate mistakes. Whenever they hear a mistake sts must call out right answer.
